Penne with Shrimp and Spicy Tomato Sauce
Shrimp Pasta Recipe Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes in thick puree
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 3/4 pound penne rigate
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled
Shrimp Pasta Recipe Instructions
In a large glass or stainless-steel bowl, whisk together the olive oil and the lemon juice with the paprika, cumin, ginger, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and the cilantro.

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the penne rigate until almost done, about 12 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until it and the pasta are just done, about 1 minute longer. Drain. Toss with the tomato sauce.

Variations

* Penne with Mozzarella and Spicy Tomato Sauce
Use 1 pound fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch cubes, in place of the shrimp. Toss the cheese in at the end.
* Penne with Sausage and Spicy Tomato Sauce
Use grilled sausage cut into bite-size pieces in place of the shrimp. Toss the sausage into the pasta with the tomato sauce.
* Penne with Grilled Vegetables and Spicy Tomato Sauce
In place of the shrimp, use grilled or sautéed vegetables such as mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, or green beans, cut into bite-size pieces. Toss the vegetables into the pasta with the sauce.

Spaghetti with Grilled Shrimp, Zucchini, and Salsa Verde
Shrimp Pasta Recipe Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup lightly packed parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons drained capers
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 1/4 pounds large shrimp, shelled
  • 3/4 pound spaghetti

Shrimp Pasta Recipe Instructions
Put the parsley, capers, garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, and the pepper into a food processor or blender. Pulse just to chop, six to eight times. With the machine running, add the 1/2 cup oil in a thin stream to make a coarse puree. Leave this salsa verde in the food processor; if necessary, pulse to re-emulsify just before adding to the pasta.

Light the grill or heat the broiler. Brush the zucchini with 1 tablespoon of the oil and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt. Grill or broil the zucchini, turning, until just done, about 10 minutes in all. When the slices are cool enough to handle, cut them crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces and put them in a large bowl.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Brush the shrimp with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Grill or broil the shrimp, turning, until just done, about 4 minutes in all. Remove the shrimp from the skewers, slice them in half horizontally, and add them to the zucchini.

Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the spaghetti until just done, about 12 minutes. Drain. Add the pasta to the grilled zucchini and shrimp and toss with the salsa verde.

West Coast Shrimp Pasta Salad
Shrimp Pasta Recipe Ingredients
  • 1 large pkg. rotelle multi-color pasta
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
  • 1/2 lb. salad shrimp
  • 1/4 cup black olives - sliced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickles - diced
  • 1 red bell pepper - julienned
  • 1 small red onion - chopped or sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes - chopped
  • 2 6 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts - chopped
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs - chopped
  • 4 oz. cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper, if desired

Shrimp Pasta Recipe Instructions
Prepare pasta as directed on package. Rinse and allow to cool completely.

In large bowl, mix together pesto sauce, mayonnaise, and pickle juice. Add remaining ingredients and coat. Pour cooled pasta into mixture and stir thoroughly, making sure to evenly coat the pasta. If you wish your salad to be more moist, add pesto/mayonnaise/pickle juice mixture by the tablespoon until desired texture is reached.

Shrimp Pasta Recipe Ingredients

* 8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
* 3 tablespoons butter, divided
* 4-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
* 2 cups half-and-half cream
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
* 2 tablespoons minced garlic, divided
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
* 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Shrimp Pasta Recipe Instructions

* Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt 4-1/2 teaspoons butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
* Stir in the cheese, pesto sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Keep warm over low heat.
* In a large skillet, saute broccoli in remaining butter for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and remaining garlic; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink. Stir in the cream sauce. Drain pasta; add to shrimp mixture and toss to coat. Yield: 4 servings.

Shrimp Spaghetti with Arugula and Basil


Shrimp Pasta Recipe Ingredients:
  • 9 ounce Spaghetti
  • 7 ounce medium shrimps peeled and deveined
  • 11 ounce cherry tomatoes, make a cut but not so deep enough to separate it into halves
  • 5 large cloves garlic, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 ounce arugula
  • 1 ounce fresh basil leaves
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Shrimp Pasta Recipe Instructions:
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling lightly salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan, stir in garlic for 2 minutes, add shrimps, salt and cook them for 3 to 5 minutes or until they turn red. Remove with a slotted spoon and and set aside. Leave the garlic in the frying pan.
Add in the same frying pan the cherry tomatoes and cook them, stirring frequently until they get soft and a little bit sauce is formed (but the tomatoes should not melt completely). Add the shrimp, stirring for 1 minute.
Reduce heat, add arugula and basil, stir quickly. Remove from heat.
Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately...enjoy the shrimp pasta recipe !

Shrimp Pasta Recipe Ingredients:
  • 40 small shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 (12 ounce) package linguine pasta
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons diced onion
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 4 slices lemon, for garnish
Shrimp Pasta Recipes INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan. Saute onion and garlic over medium heat until tender. Add shrimp and saute over high heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in half-and-half. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Place pasta in a serving dish, and cover with shrimp sauce. Sprinkle with black pepper and Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices..and the shrimp pasta recipe of Linguine is ready..enjoy it !

Spicy Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Spicy Shrimp Pasta Recipe
A great shrimp pasta recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb raw, peeled shrimp
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional/adjust to taste)
  • salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta and drain.
While pasta is cooking, saute onion in butter in large deep skillet until slightly soft.
Add shrimp and continue to saute until shrimp are slightly pink.
Add heavy cream and creole seasoning.
Simmer until mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and add the Parmesan cheese, parsley and crushed red pepper.
Mix with pasta and let stand until desired thickness.
Add salt to taste....and the shrimp pasta recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !
