* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1 large clove garlic, minced
* 1 red or green bell pepper, diced
* 1 rib celery, thinly sliced
* 1 can stewed tomatoes, (14.5 oz)

* 2 drops Tabasco sauce, or to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

This tasty shrimp and pasta salad makes a great lunch or dinner on a hot summer day.
* 8 ounces bow tie pasta (farfalle)
* 1 pound shrimp, tail on, cooked
* 6 to 8 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved or sliced
* 2 cups baby arugula or spinach leaves
* 1/2 cup pecan halves
* salt and coarsely ground black pepper
* Lemon Garlic Dressing
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed, minced
* 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* juice and zest of 1 medium to large lemon
* 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley or basil

Cook pasta in boiling water, following package directions; drain under cold running water. In 4 salad bowls, arrange arugula or spinach leaves, tomato slices or halves, cooled pasta and shrimp, and pecans. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
In blender or screw-top jar, combine dressing ingredients. Drizzle dressing evenly over each salad, tossing lightly.

* 1 envelope Knorr Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce Mix or Parma Rosa

Sauce mix
* 28 ounces canned tomatoes, crushed
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
* 1 green bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
* 1 red bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
* 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
* 1 pound linguini, cooked
* 1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined
* Parmesan cheese

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add sauce mix, tomatoes, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, basil, and black pepper. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Cook vegetables for about 3 minutes, until crisp-tender. Add to the sauce and simmer 5 minutes longer. When pasta is almost done, stir shrimp into the sauce and heat through. Do not boil. Spoon Shrimp Primavera sauce over hot drained linguini.   • 1/2 lb. coarsely chopped bacon
  • 1 coarsely chopped med. onion
  • 1 sweet red pepper, sliced in julienne strips
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 1 sm. zucchini, sliced in 1/8" rounds
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb. peeled & deveined shrimp
  • 1 1/2 Seafood Magic
  • 2 lbs. fresh linguine
  • 1 oz. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. warmed heavy cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • Accent to taste
In large skillet, saute bacon over medium high heat until opaque, add onion and saute until golden. Add red pepper and garlic, cook 1 minute and then stir in zucchini and mushrooms. Cook 1 more minute. Remove bacon and vegetables to a heated bowl, but leave drippings in skillet. Place shrimp in skillet and saute for about 30 seconds, sprinkle with Seafood Magic and continue cooking until shrimp is pink in color. Return bacon and vegetable mixture to the skillet and keep

  • 6 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 lbs. ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 3 tbsp. capers, drained
  • 2 tbsp. anchovies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped

  • 1/2 lb. sea scallops, halved
  • 2 tbsp. olives (Kalamata) chopped, optional

Heat oil on high heat. Add tomatoes, capers, anchovies and garlic. Cook until tomatoes releases their juices and mixture thickens, stir occasionally about 10 minutes.   • 1 med. diced onion, Spanish or yellow
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 8 med. ripe plum tomatoes, skinned, pitted & diced or 2 cans diced tomatoes, drained, save the juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. cracked red pepper
  • Salt
  • 20 jumbo shrimp or 1 lb. med. shrimp, shelled & deveined

  • 1/3 c. Sauvignon Blanc

1. Heat olive oil in heavy saucepan. Add onion and saute until onions are translucent. Add garlic and tomatoes and cook 15 minutes with bay leaf. Remove bay leaf. Add thyme, red pepper, season with salt and reduce for 10 minutes on medium heat.

2. Heat olive oil in large saute pan and add garlic, then shrimp, bay leaf and line zest. Cook 3 minutes then add wine. Cook 2 more minutes.

3. Add tomatoes. Mix and remove shrimp. Reduce heat for 2 minutes, add cooked pasta. Simmer 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Top with shrimp and the shrimp pasta recipe is ready to serve. Enjoy it !

  • 1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lbs. easy peel shrimp, shelled
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz. dry extra thin spaghetti, cooked

  • 1-1/2 lbs. unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp
  • 1-2 tbls. chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbls. veg. or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 tbls. prepared mustard
  • 1 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2-3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbls. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, optional
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Peel shrimp and devein. Saute peppers and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until throughly heated. Note: (you could and should slice open peppers to remove seeds to tone down the heat. Depending on pepper size, one large will do. You adjust to taste.)

Add shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes or just until shrimp turns pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.Stir in white wine, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, cook over high heat 3-4 minutes. Return shrimp to skillet. Stir in butter, salt, lemon juice, cook 1-2 minutes or until combined and throughly heated.

  • 8 1/4-inch medium shrimp
  • 3 large garlic cloves

* 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
* 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta

* 1 pound large shrimp - peeled and deveined

* 1/4 cup chopped parsley
* 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and add 1 tablespoon oil. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Place pasta in a colander, and give it a quick rinse with cold water.
2. Heat remaining olive oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic, stirring constantly, until the garlic is tender, about 1 minute. Do not let the garlic burn. Add shrimp, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet, and set aside.
3. Stir tomatoes, wine, parsley, and basil into the skillet. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until liquid is reduced by half, 8 to 12 minutes. * 1 tablespoon flour
* 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno peppers
* 4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1/2 pound salt pork*, julienned
* 6 tablespoons butter
* 1 cup chopped onions
* 1/2 cup diced celery
* 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
* 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
* 5 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
* 1 (20 ounce) package frozen corn
* 1/2 pound andouille sausage, sliced
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
* Creole seasoning to taste
* 2 pounds medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
* 4 cups cooked penne pasta


1. Set oven to broil. Brush individual pizza crusts with melted butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley and garlic salt. Place on a baking sheet and broil until sizzling. Remove, and set aside.
2. Heat 1 cup oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. In batches, place tortilla strips in hot oil, and cook until crisp. Remove to paper towels, and discard oil.
3. Add whipping cream to a saucepan, and whisk over high heat. When the cream begins to boil, whisk in sour cream. Reduce to medium heat. Stir in chicken bouillon and jalapeno juice, and
4. In a separate saucepan, warm 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour; continue whisking until the mixture is a pale golden color. Then whisk flour mixture into cream mixture, whisking until well blended. Remove from heat, and stir in jalapenos and cheese. Set aside.
5. Warm 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Stir in salt pork, and brown on all sides. Remove salt pork to paper towels, and discard oil.
6. Warm 6 tablespoons butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Stir in onions, celery, green and red bell peppers, garlic, and thyme. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the corn, and cook about 5 minutes, stirring. Stir in andouille and salt pork. Season with salt, pepper, 1/4 cup parsley, and Creole seasoning; cook about 10 minutes. Add shrimp, and cook until pink, about 5 minutes. Drain the butter sauce off of the shrimp and meats, and reserve the sauce in a bowl or jar.
7. Stir the cream sauce into the shrimp and meat mixture. Stir in 3 cups of penne pasta. Reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
8. To serve, place pizza bread in the bottom of individual bowls. Ladle a spoonful or two of the reserved butter sauce over the bread, then ladle over sauce. Add more pasta, if desired.
